The location is fantastic, with shopping and dining just steps away. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. But expect challenges with the breakfast rush and access to elevators can become a hassle.

The pool on the 8th floor is a must-try! I loved chilling in the resident lounge, which was perfect for relaxing with friends after a long day. Plus, the fitness center is well-equipped for a good workout whenever you want. The location is prime, just a short walk from nightlife and local markets!

The Deluxe Room was pretty decent, overall quite clean and had a nice layout. I didn't have any noise issues, which was great. But, there was leftover dental floss from a previous guest, a bit gross. Also, the elevators were confusing since no one told us about the specific ones for our floor. That made check-in kinda annoying.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed visiting the nearby shopping malls and exploring the local restaurants. The amenities and service were top-notch, perfect for a group getaway. Just a heads up, the complimentary drinks are only in the lounge, so plan accordingly!

Efficient check-in staff greeted us warmly, and the room layout was impressive. However, the one-bedroom apartment was not set up for the three of us, requiring an extra payment for a bed. The sofa was provided but lacked proper bedding, which was uncomfortable. Despite this, the location near Rama 9 station and convenience stores made it easy for exploration. The food, especially the raw fish, was a highlight during our stay.

The location of the hotel is very good, 10 min to MRT, 10 min to 2 malls, 15 min to night market. The hotel was clean, loved that had sauna and pool, super relaxing. The room, big and clean and super comfortable bed. Good value for money.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable.

I loved my stay. the gym was fantastic with new equipment, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotless! Plus, the rooftop pool had an amazing view to die for. Would definitely choose this place again!

I had a perfect stay with a spacious room and very friendly staff. The hotel is just a short walk from CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9 and the vibrant night market at Jodd Fairs which made my city explorations so easy and enjoyable.
